Territoriality, Tobacco, Trademarks, and the TRIPS Agreement

Towards the end of last year, I was invited by the editorial board of the National Law School of India Review (NLSIR) to make a contribution to NLSIR Online. I chose to write a short piece on the 2018 decision of the WTO Panel in the Australian Plain Packaging case and its implications for the principle of territoriality in international intellectual property law. You can read my short piece here. You should also check out both the NLSIR and the NLSIR Online.

I should be posting more often here but I am currently busy working on a number of projects. These projects currently take up the bulk of my time. In the near future, I should be able to share more about these projects. Hopefully, I will have more time to blog this year.

Happy 2020.
